BatchTransfer is a Windows Explorer shell extension that allows you to transfer files in a batch.
You simply select a number of files, right click and pick BatchTransfer to add files to a transfer queue. You just keep adding files to the queue until you have all the files you want to transfer (copy or move) and then pick a destination in BatchTransfer's dialog (recent destinations are, of course, remembered).
When transferring, the program allows for advanced overwriting options: It can overwrite only newer files (which frequently comes in handy), prompt you for each file, never overwrite or overwrite all files without asking.
Furthermore, BatchTransfer has functionality for transferring the targets of shortcuts/links, so it's useful if you maintain a collection of links and then want to transfer the actual files. As for the filename of the destination, you can either use the shortcut's name or the real source's name.
